Motivation: Improve Yourself – Aiden Ambitz
A set of students (A) analyzing the failure in their results came to a conclusion that the exams was too difficult. They had their lecturer to blame for setting difficult questions. This is a quality of unsuccessful people; they blame someone for their failure. Another set of students (B) that took the same exams but passed, attributed their success to their hardwork. This set of students got themselves in a better position of getting a good result. They prepared for it, they made themselves better. Whereas, the set (A) students were unprepared, hoping the exams would be easy. And when the outcome didn't suit their wishes, they blamed the lecturer for it. This happens in everyday life; we tackle a problem, we fail at it and we look for someone or something to blame. We never considered we were never prepared to take on the task. We were simply hoping it would be easy. Don't wish it to be easy, rather wish you are better, thereby giving room for improvement. ...
