2. Take Action

Successful entrepreneurs spend their time taking effective and productive actions. They constantly look for opportunities to enhance their business and act decisively whenever they find one.

Constant action doesn't mean deciding without thinking. Careful thought, after all, is a necessary action in business.

3. Being Truthful And Honest

Honesty is not just a moral virtue, but also a practical necessity in the business world. 

Employees, suppliers, costumers and regulators all have to know that they can trust you. If they learn that you misrepresented yourself or you cheat in order to acquire much gain, they will refuse to cooperate with you, there by, rooming your business.

As an entrepreneur, you need to have a reputation for honesty and integrity.

4. Consistently Set And Achieve Goals

Successful entrepreneurs regularly define their business goals and come up with detailed plans to achieve them. This allows them to focus their actions towards a consistent, positive outcome for the company.

5. Being Flexible

As important as it is to make plans, commitment to a long term vision or strategy should not come at the expense of flexibility. Sooner or later, something will happen that you did not expect, and you will have to respond to it without hesitating.

A successful entrepreneur is able to adjust her plans when they prove impractical, quickly making the changes necessary to deal with any new development.
